- Planet Earth appeals to people of all walks of life whether they are looking for friendship or romance. It appeals to people who are looking for others who believe as they do that we all share in the responsibility of caring for our planet. Most importantly, Planet Earth unites those two concepts and appeals to those who are ready to share their love.

How much does a PlanetEarth.net subscription cost?
- For now until summer, Flirt is a totally free service.
After we start charging for our Premium Membership: registration, setting up your profile, and browsing the database can still be done absolutely free of charge. To make contact with other members you will have to subscribe to PlanetEarth.net.

How does PlanetEarth.net handle my personal data?
- The security of your personal data is extremely important to us. For more information, please read our privacy policy. The only reason we ask for your address is to confirm the authenticity of your profile. This information will never be displayed in your profile or used for any other purpose.

How do I create my profile?
- Simple! Take advantage of our free registration, sign in and go to your Home Page. Hold your cursor over the 'My Profile' tab then click 'Edit Profile.' Your Profile let's others know about you and the things that are important to you. Consider the kinds of things you would like to see in another's profile as a guide to filling out your own. Click the save button on the bottom right. Your anonymity is protected at all times. Check out our . Check out our Privacy policy.

Who gets to see my profile?
- Only registered members can take a peek at your full profile. Non-registered users can view basic profile data only.

Why are there no photos on some profiles?
- Adding photos is optional and remember, a profile with a photo is going to attract a lot more interest than one without. A picture is worth a thousand words so choose a good quality picture that shows the real you.

How many details do I have to list?
- Your registration requires that you complete our basic data profile. After that, it's up to you. You can list all the details you want about your interests, appearance, lifestyle, and partnership preferences. Should you decide to add something to it later, edit or update your profile the same you created it initially. Remember, the more people know about you the better your chances of connecting to the kind of person you want to meet.

What does the activity barometer on my profile mean?
- The activity barometer shows the frequency of PlanetEarth.net use. There's a barometer displayed on each user's profile. The scale ranges from one point for a moderate to active member, up to five points for a highly active user.

How can I cancel my PlanetEarth.net subscription?
- The PlanetEarth.net subscription needs to be cancelled in writing via fax or postal mail.

How do I contact other PlanetEarth.net users?
- There are three ways to contact other PlanetEarth*net members: via e-mail, PlanetEarth*net's messenger service, and by using your cell phone. First, however, you need to subscribe to PlanetEarth*net. With your subscription, you're given a specified amount of PlanetEarth*net messages. If you want to send and receive mobile text messages, you need to register for that, too. Just go to SETTINGS, let us know you agree with our policies, and register your cell phone number. (It stays completely private.) Online members can also get in contact using the ICONY-Messenger.

PlanetEarth.net-Mail, PlanetEarth.net-cell text messages or ICONY-Messenger.Which should I use and when?
- Choose the communication tool that works best for you in each circumstance. You can send and receive PlanetEarth*net-Messages using the message tab on your home page. The online-status on a member's profile shows you if that person is online when you are. Check the others profile to see if communication is available via Messages and/or SMS.

PlanetEarth.net-PlanetEarth*net-Mail from other members can be found in the Messages tab. You can send out a message (e-mail) from the same place. If you decide to send mail to a PlanetEarth*net non-member, one message gets written off from your PlanetEarth*net account. The recipient, however, can reply for free. Members can send e-mail to other member for free, no limits.
PlanetEarth.net-Messages: PlanetEarth.net-SMS
All PlanetEarth.net subscribers can contact other members using cell phone text messaging. The recipient of the PlanetEarth.net cell text message always receives a copy of the message to the personal message box and can decide to reply via PlanetEarth.net-SMS or PlanetEarth.net-Mail. Replying via PlanetEarth.net-Mail is free.

I registered at PlanetEarth.net, but have not subscribed yet. Can I still receive messages and cell text messages?
- Yes. As soon as you register and agree to receive cell text messages, you can receive them. But to answer messages via PlanetEarth.net-Mail or via PlanetEarth.net-SMS, you have to become a subscriber.

I have not registered at PlanetEarth.net yet. Can I send cell text messages?
- Yes. PlanetEarth.net offers a speed dialing service. This allows you to send a cell text message to PlanetEarth.net members using a four-digit dialing number.

What kind of features does the ICONY Messenger offer?
- The ICONY Messenger allows you to chat privately with other PlanetEarth*net members in real-time. You can create a personal contact list that will show you when they're online and you'll be alerted to incoming messages right away. Just reply in the private chat window.

Can I use the ICONY-Messenger without a subscription?
- Yes, but you have to register. Registered members can use the ICONY-Messenger as soon as they pass through our verification process and activate their cell phone.

Where do I get the ICONY-Messenger?

How do I get the newest version of your messenger? And how do I get informed about updates?
- It's easy. When you open the messenger, you version will be checked automatically. If a new version is available, you'll be asked to download and to install it.

How do I get my Plus-Mail account?Wie bekomme ich eine Plus-Mail?
- You can reserve your Plus-Mail with a subscription in the Settings menu. You can also specify a private e-mail address to which all mails will be forwarded.

Which domains are offered with a Plus-Mail?
- See a list of the domains available at Settings. More domains will be available soon. Your Plus-Mail e-mail address is a combination of the selected domain and your PlanetEarth.net username.

What are the advantages of my Personal Friendship Network?
- Invite those you want, to join your Circle of Friends. Introduce them to each other and become part of their Circle of Friends. The best way to meet someone is through an introduction and the Circle of Friends network gives you that opportunity. It's a personal reference from one friend to another and a great way to learn more about someone you're interested in. Start networking today!

Who can I invite to my personal friendship network?
- You can invite every PlanetEarth.net member who has signed up and chosen a user name and every friend who has a valid e-mail address. Once your invitation has been accepted, new contacts are displayed in your Circle of Friends and vice versa.

How many friends can I invite?
- Registered users may invite up to 100 friends, for subscribing members there is no limitation.

What are Favourites?
- Let's say you find an attractive user while browsing through PlanetEarth.net, but you don't want to send a Wink or message instantly? You can easily remember that user. Just click on "Add to favorites" and the user will be added automatically to your favorites list and remain there until deleted.

- Registered users may add 10 users, subscribed members can add up to 100 users.
